Weather: After dust was blowing hundreds of feet high throughout the valley, a wet storm brought in rain and snow (above 4000 ft). Good start, but not enough.

Wildlife: We walked around nearby Firehouse Pond and counted the Canadian Goose nests -- five at least.
We haven't counted the nests on Little Foy's Lake yet.

Charity Alert: The Animal Rescue Site : Feed an Animal in Need

Media Watch: Part Two of Helen Mirren's Prime Witness 6 was fairly good, as far as mysteries go. I enjoyed seeing the white cliffs of Dover in one scene. I'm sure they never went to Bosnia to tape though -- the landscapes were all verdant green. Her character, Jane Tennyson, sure can be a mean mutha -- with a good cause perhaps, but sometimes she's just plain MEAN.

Updates: New stuff here: The M -- Your Museum and More! NW Montana Historical Society Museum at Central School
More stuff at the Hockaday later: Hockaday Museum of Art - Prime visual arts resource in Flathead Valley of Northwest Montana.

They're only playing one, that's right just one, show in New York and you guessed it - it's Leviathan at the Coral Room.
But that's not all - you still get the international circus stars you've come to expect from us - this week you'll also see:
Alex Merinov - Ninja acrobat from the Moscow Circus
